BioToolomics philosophy is to make the process chromatography product disposable (or single-used) not only in the mechanical format (such as pre-packing into a disposable column) but also by fundamentally increasing the process capability (i.e. much increased binding capacity and much increased performance/cost ratio).

We have developed a unique technology platform producing high capacity chromatography media with much improved mass transfer property and packing-efficient disposable columns. Our major products are as follows:

• SepFast Supor Q: a superporous resin that shows high binding capacity to both nano-particles (such as plasmids, viruses and virus like particles) and proteins at high flow velocity.
• SepFast MM AH-1: a mixed-mode ligand resin containing both anionic and hydrophobic groups. The base matrix has large accessible surface area. It can be used for antibody fragment purification or the separation between antibody monomer and its aggregates.
• IMAC SepFast BG: a whole range of IMAC resins for the purification of his-tagged proteins at spin mode, batch / gravity mode, pre-packed column mode or magnetic mode. The products have high binding capacity and high selectivity.
• Disposable columns: we offer a full range of disposable columns from small to large (up to 450 mm inner diameter).

 BioToolomics also provide the following services:

• Column packing service: we can pack any type of chromatography resins (>20 mm) using our robust and durable disposable columns. Column size varies from 10 ml to tens of litres. The benefits are the great flexibility and the cost reduction.
• Negative chromatography antibody purification (NCAP) technology platform. BioToolomics has developed the technology to purify antibodies by removing all the impurities instead of capturing the target antibodies.  It is efficient and cost-effective.
• Custom chromatography media: we have extensive experiences in the design and manufacturing of agarose-based resins (of varied pore size, particle size, particle density, ligand and coupling chemistry etc).
• Purification process development: we have the extensive tools and expertise to develop the cost-effective purification processes.
